I built this for a Saturday morning.

When my son started playing 7U baseball, I volunteered to run the walk-up music.

I didn't read the full job description.

I spent seasons collecting song requests, finding audio files, editing tracks, adding voice clips, and rebuilding the playlist before every game.

It took hours.

But the kids loved it. Every time I showed up, they asked if I was doing the music. When their song hit, you could see it — they stood a little taller. Felt like big leaguers for 15 seconds.

That made it worth it.

I looked for an app that made it easier. Something easy to set up, easy to run, and easy to hand off.

I could not find it.

So I built it.

Now Batting was created to give every kid their big-league moment — and to make life easier for the parents and coaches who make those moments happen.
